The secret to good health..

Is to not be named Taiseiten! X_X

1. Sore throat for 3 weeks now
2. Tested for Strep, negatory
3. Yesterday I was insanely sick
4. Went back to doc, still can't do anything for me
5. Ripped the skin off my knees, then got rug-burn ontop of that. (It's starting to scab over now tho' )
6. Runny nose for 2 days, also causing nasal drain-age, making throat worse
7. I can't get this shampoo outta my eyes!!!!

Well.. atleast now they gave me some auldt strength Adult Cough&Cold.. and a anti-biodic just to try it.. see if it puts me out of my misery (to quoteth teh mumz0rz) Bad thing: Last week I weighed 146 lbs at 4'8" - 4'10" ish range.... this week I weighed in at 141 lbs.. which is still bad, but better then it had been. I figure that was either difference in clothes, or less water-retained in my body. Either way, -5 lbs = good.

Best kept secret to dealing with a sore throat - suck salt and vinegar crisps. It's soooo soothing on the way down, it's just magic...

...but the rest of the stats...

Even my body weight index doesn't fluctuate that much. *worries about you*

5 lbs in 7 days is not that unusual. Constant 5 lbs per week is... typical weight loss is 2-4lbs.
